Don’t be intimidated by the long line, it actually goes by pretty quick. We went from the end of the block to the front in less than an hour (yes for some this is still a long wait) The wait was sure worth it. We had a nice conversation with the people in front of us, discussing top pizza spots in the city, me, being the foodlover I am, it was so much fun just engaging with others.
Made it to the door!

Love how close you are to the experience. Everything is so simple, yet you are in such awe to see your pizza being created from scratch!
Can’t forget about the finishing touches!!
The Burrata and Tartufo slice were by far the best. I am not a fan of spice and sweet mixes, but the fig jam addition was freaking awesome!!!!! L’industrie has been rated by many lists as the best slice in America, and by some, even the world. I freaking loved it!!!
